After filled the registration form, within 15 days, accepted people will receive an email with the payment details. The entrance at the marathon is guaranteed ONLY after we received the payment. You will receive a final confirmation email which will be your pass.All the amount, including meals, has to be paid in advance.Couple registrations have to pay both before receiving the confirmation email.
The "first come first served" principle won't be applied.
No refund is possible. Only the meals can be refunded with notice 30 days prior to the event.
Substitutions have to be communicated and approved by the organizers team. It will be a participant responsibility to find a substitute that has to be accepted by the organizers team and It will be a participant responsibility as well to get the money from him/her.No substitutions are allowed after registration closes or from 30 days before the event. The buffet meals are prepared by the Hotel Restaurant and are optional. Can be reserved during the registration process at the price of 30 euro each one.
